As a certified hypnotherapist and member of the International Association of Counselors & Therapists (IACT), I trained with world-renowned Transformational Therapist, author, and speaker, Marisa Peer. This highly effective approach works with the subconscious mind to uncover and release deep-rooted, self-limiting beliefs, replacing them with empowering, positive ones for lasting change.

Accredited by the International Coaches Register and the International Coaching Federation, for CCE purposes (Continuing Coach Education), I am a trained transformational mindset coach. I help clients use their conscious mind to gain clarity, remove roadblocks, and embody their fullest potential with joy, inner peace, and authenticity.

RTT

Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT) is a contemporary therapeutic intervention designed to help you achieve deep, lasting change. Sessions are structured to give ample time for a thorough exploration and transformation process, ensuring you receive personalised care at every stage.

It consists of 4 hours broken down as follows:

  • Initial Consultation (1 hour): We begin with a detailed discussion of your concerns, goals, and background. This allows us to clearly define what needs to be addressed during the session.
  • Hypnotherapy Session (2 hours): This is the core of the RTT process, where we work with your subconscious mind to uncover and resolve deep-rooted beliefs and patterns.
  • Post-Consultation (1 hour): After the hypnotherapy session, we review your experience and ensure you feel supported. I will provide you with tools and strategies to continue your progress after our sessions.
