Therapy

Rapid Transformation Therapy is an innovative hybrid therapy that integrates the most effective techniques from hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Gestalt therapy, CBT, neuroplasticity, and neuroscience.

It is a solution based therapeutic intervention designed to help you achieve deep, lasting change.

Sessions are structured to give ample time for a thorough exploration and transformation process, ensuring you receive personalised care at every stage.

Everyone’s path is unique, and the approach is tailored with compassionate guidance to meet each person’s needs.

Therapy shouldn’t take years—it should create real, lasting change in a way that feels supportive and effective. The focus is on delivering tangible results, helping individuals move forward with confidence.

Typically, between one to three sessions are offered to support individuals on their journey toward healing.

Each session consists of 4 hours broken down as follows:

  • Initial Consultation (1 hour): We begin with a detailed discussion of your presenting problem, background and desired outcome. This allows us to clearly define what needs to be addressed during the session.
  • Hypnotherapy (2 hours): This is the core of the RTT process, where we work with your subconscious mind to uncover and resolve deep-rooted beliefs and patterns and code in a personalised transformation.
  • Post-Consultation (1 hour): After the hypnotherapy session, we review your experience and ensure you feel supported. I will provide you with tools and strategies to continue your progress after our sessions.
