As a motivational speaker and health coach, I work with businesses to engage, educate and empower their workforce to thrive in their mental, emotional, physical wellbeing.

I specialise in those living with chronic illnesses using a combination of Rapid Transformational Coaching and Integrative Nutrition Health Coaching to look at health through a holistic lens.

Life Blocks

Energy-resistance blocks can appear in various forms, such as procrastination, perfectionism, or a lack of self-belief. They might also show up as self-sabotage, impostor syndrome, feelings of overwhelm, persistent frustration, fears around being seen, or an aversion to change. These blocks often hold us back from reaching our full potential, keeping us stuck in patterns that no longer serve us.
